Tatay Billy as he is fondly called by his family
has joined with our Almighty Father at the age of 74 last February 23, 2013.
He was born last February 23, 2013. He was survived
by his wife Maria Mercedes and children namely Albert, Virgilio, Frederick and
Belinda.
Tatay Billy was described as kind, industrious and
loving grandfather.
His body lies in state at Brgy. Sagayad, San Fernando City, La Union.
