Papa Fil, Papang, and Lolo Pang, as he is fondly called by his family has joined with our Almighty Father at the age of 79 last March 27, 2013.
Lolo Pang born last June 28, 1933. He was loved by his wife Leticia and children namely Agape John, Filemon Jr., Fe Charito, Jethro, Israel and Sarah Joy.
Rev. Lagon was former president of Northern Christian College, Laoag City. He was also the former president of Southern Christian College in Midsayap, Cotabato, and in Union Christian College at San Fernando City, La Union.
He was a servant of the Lord and a servant of the people. Papang was a loving husband and father. He was down to earth, so kind and humble, quiet yet humorous and selfless person. Papang easily forgives and forget.
Papa Fil used to spend his leisure time on reading, writing, eating and travelling with his family.
