He is survived by his children Maribel, Jocelyn, Maricel, Jenilyn and Ben Mark.. They request the pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of BENJAMIN.
Her body lies in state of Biday, San Fernando City, La Union.
Interment will be on December 3, 2011 at 10:00 A.M.
